Our memberships are session-based, reflecting the reality that not everyone can train 5–6 times a week. We’ve designed flexible options to suit your schedule while ensuring progress is always achievable 🏋️♂️.
As a member, you’ll receive:

We’re proud to operate out of The Iron Foundry 🏭, a premium strength and conditioning space in Dubbo. After their move to a larger, upgraded facility, it’s the perfect fit for Empowered Coaching’s high-quality services.

💪 Adult Strength & Conditioning Sessions: 50 minutes, including a warm-up, explanations, two or three main components, and a cool-down.
👟 Youth Sessions: 60 minutes: providing ample time for skill development, movement coaching, and performance enhancement.
🔥 Conditioning Sessions: 45 minutes, focusing on high-energy, time-efficient training to boost fitness and endurance.
