Adult small group coaching at Empowered Coaching Dubbo enables you to enjoy the vibe of group connection without sacrificing MOVEMENT QUALITY and technical development. It is our PROMISE that you'll NEVER get lost in the crowd or become yet another casualty of a one-sized fits all group class.

Personal Attention

Each session is capped at:

  • 8 people per STRENGTH session

  • 15 people per CONDITIONING session

    To ensure you are receiving ENOUGH ATTENTION and PERSONALISATION to thrive, learn and grow to become your most well rounded and athletic self!

You will experience a variety of highly effective and scalable movements throughout these sessions to enhance your performance, physique and confidence in the gym and in life!

Fun Fitness

Whilst the programming will consistently cover a wide range of athletic qualities relative to both the elite and the everyday athletes (strength, endurance, power, speed, cardio, conditioning, coordination, balance) to help you become a better human, better athlete and better leader, every single session will be unique in it’s own way and the timetable enables you to train AS MANY DAYS AS YOU WANT. 

This is a great way to appreciate the adventure with your training and feel more engaged which means you’ll stay more connected/accountable within your community of lie minded fitness friends!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSIONS:

Designed to improve your overall performance, fitness, and quality of life through structured, fun, and effective training. Strength and conditioning involves the systematic development of strength, power, mobility, and endurance to enhance physical performance, prevent injury, and build resilience.

- RUNS FOR 50 MINUTES

CONDITIONING SESSIONS:

Carefully designed to help you improve fitness, endurance, and performance. Unlike random bootcamp-style workouts, these sessions are created by an experienced Exercise and Sport Scientist using proven methods. Each session targets specific energy systems, which fuel everything from short, explosive efforts to sustained endurance.

FREE INITIAL CONSULT

with Em (book below if you’d like to chat) you will be then book a time for your initial 60 minute assessment / personal training session.

To ensure the highest quality coaching within our sessions — and to show respect to our existing members and their experience — all new members start with a

one-on-one Initial Assessment & Personal Training Session

This session allows us to:

- Assess your movement, strength, and mobility

- Understand your training history and any injuries

- Set clear goals aligned with your needsIntroduce you to key movements and coaching language we use

- Ensure you're set up for success from day one

We take pride in creating a safe, effective, and inclusive environment — and this session is a vital first step in delivering the Empowered Coaching Dubbo standard.

Regardless of your lifting level I can guarantee you'll get something out of this!

*THIS SESSION IS A ONE TIME $90

Once completed you're all good to gym on a membership and hit the classes!

8 week minimum

  • 2x sessions = $48 / week

  • 3x sessions = $59 / week

  • 4x sessions = $68 / week

  • 5x sessions = $75 / week

  • UNLIMITED sessions = $80 / week

  • HYBRID (1x PT & UNLIMITED group sessions) = $150 / week
