Adult small group coaching at Empowered Coaching Dubbo enables you to enjoy the vibe of group connection without sacrificing MOVEMENT QUALITY and technical development. It is our PROMISE that you'll NEVER get lost in the crowd or become yet another casualty of a one-sized fits all group class.

Each session is capped at 10 MEMBERS PER SESSION!

You will experience a variety of highly effective and scalable movements throughout these sessions to enhance your performance, physique and confidence in the gym and in life no matter what level of lifting your start at!

We aren’t like the rest — we’re in it for the long haul. We jump, we throw, we juggle, we balance, we lift and we puff! Every session is unique in its own way, but we progress — no random workouts here. Our strength and conditioning programming runs in structured 4, 6, or 8-week blocks, with performance testing conducted four times a year to track growth and celebrate progress.
Our programming consistently covers a wide range of athletic qualities relative to both the elite and the everyday athlete — strength, endurance, power, speed, cardio, conditioning, coordination, and balance — to help you become a better human, better athlete, and better leader.
It’s the perfect way to appreciate the adventure of your training, stay engaged, and feel connected and accountable within your community of like-minded fitness friends!

Each session blends elements of strength, power, mobility, and endurance to enhance physical performance, prevent injury, and build resilience.
We don’t do random workouts — every session is part of a well-thought-out program designed so you can train 2–5 times per week, with each session complementing the others. Depending on the focus, sessions run for 50–60 minutes, giving you the perfect balance of intensity, skill, and recovery.
