We’re passionate about seeing kids thrive—not just in sport, but in all aspects of life. The benefits of training extend far beyond physical performance, fostering positive impacts on mental health and overall well-being. By building an early connection to movement and the gym, we create a foundation for a lifelong love of activity that supports their growth and success for years to come.

Inside every young person is an athlete ready to rise to challenges and grow into their best self. In our sessions, only about half of the kids are involved in sports, but that doesn’t change the outcomes. We focus on creating an environment that helps them develop strength, body awareness, and confidence to excel in whatever they pursue—on or off the field.

We believe in starting with strong foundations because, without them, everything else can fall apart. That’s why we focus on movement competency first, emphasising motor patterns and physical literacy. Progression only happens when kids demonstrate they’re ready. Every young athlete begins with our foundational program, where they learn the essentials of bodyweight exercises, light weight training, and how to safely and confidently build strength and fitness in the gym.

Our 12-week Foundations Program is designed to deliver incredible results, preparing kids to explore their full potential under the constant guidance and supervision of our expert coaches.

This program is the ideal starting point for 11–16-year-olds who want to get stronger, fitter, and more confident in themselves.

Key benefits include:

- Safe and supervised sessions tailored to younger lifters and beginners.

- A focus on skills that form the building blocks for sports and lifelong fitness.

- Proven outcomes like improved bone density, lean muscle growth, and better coordination.

- Delivered in a fun, inclusive community environment.

Dubbo is full of busy parents and their children playing sport, sometimes strength training is something a youth needs to compliment their outside training and performances. And sometimes it is their sole training for the week,

So we want to accommodate for both!

What’s included:

- Small group training with a maximum ratio of 1 coach per 15 kids.

- Flexible access: choose from 2 sessions per week or unlimited group training.

- Up to 5 sessions weekly to suit your schedule.

- A professionally designed program tailored for young people, with real-time adjustments for individual needs and goals.

- Progress tracking every 12 weeks to measure improvements.

- Coaching by university-qualified Strength and Conditioning specialists who ensure proper form, technique, and progressions.

We’re not just here to cheer you on—we’re here to coach, guide, and help every young athlete lay the foundation for a stronger, healthier future.

-2 Days = $40/week

-Unlimited = $50/week

- Hybrid (1x PT session & Unlimited sessions) = $120/week
