Inside every young person is an athlete ready to rise to challenges and grow into their best self. In our sessions, only about half of the kids are involved in sports, but that doesn’t change the outcomes. We focus on creating an environment that helps them develop strength, body awareness, and confidence to excel in whatever they pursue—on or off the field.

We believe in starting with strong foundations because, without them, everything else can fall apart. That’s why we focus on movement competency first, emphasising motor patterns and physical literacy. Progression only happens when kids demonstrate they’re ready. Every young athlete begins with our foundational program, where they learn the essentials of bodyweight exercises, light weight training, and how to safely and confidently build strength and fitness in the gym.
This program is the ideal starting point for 11–14-year-olds who want to get stronger, fitter, and more confident in themselves. Our youth program acts as a feeder pathway into our "High Performance" program providing DUBBO with an athlete hub for all ages.
Key benefits include:
- Safe and supervised sessions tailored to younger lifters and beginners.
-A focus on skills that form the building blocks for sports and lifelong fitness.
- Proven outcomes like improved bone density, lean muscle growth, and better coordination.
- Delivered in a fun, inclusive community environment.

We aren’t like the rest — we’re in it for the long haul. We jump, we throw, we juggle, we balance, we lift and we puff! Every session is unique in its own way, but we progress — no random workouts here.
Our strength and conditioning programming runs in structured 4, 6, or 8-week blocks, with performance testing conducted four times a year to track growth and celebrate progress.
Our programming consistently covers a wide range of athletic qualities relative to all youth — confidence, strength, endurance, power, speed, cardio, conditioning, coordination, and balance — to help you become a better human, better athlete, and better leader.
