Whilst we offer semi - private group sessions accounting for levels of lifters, our 1-on-1 Personal Training provides an opportunity for an enhanced level of personalisation where the ENTIRE session and program is tailored FOR YOU! Custom built specifically to get you where you want to be, your preferences and your schedule.
To join up you will first experience a complimentary initial consult session with Em (which you can book below) to understand how we can best work together. From here you will:
Contact Em directly to book your sessions (we do our best to keep them as consistent as possible week to week for your convenience). BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL, available up to 1 month in advance and can be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance. If you are unable to book in and attend your weekly coaching session for ANY REASON, it DOES NOT get refunded, ‘banked’ or ‘credited’ to use in the following weeks
Access your custom-build personal training program (this will be shared with you along the way as needed along the way and includes your training and testing tracking tool).
Message Em with questions and training videos for support outside of the gym as well for extra guidance.
$95/week = 1 x PT session per week (60min)
$170/week = 2 x PT sessions per week at $85 each
$225/week = 3 x PT sessions per week at $75 each
$260/week = 4 x PT sessions per week at $65 each
*2:1 sessions are also available upon request (2 Clients, 1 Coach)
HYBRID MEMBERSHIP
$150/week = 1 x PT per week + Unlimited weekly access to small group classes
