This is our opportunity to focus on the development of grassroot sport all the way to the athletes/teams pushing for that elite level. This will help us change the QUALITY of Regional athlete opportunity for the future.
All athletes will have the opportunity to participate in performance. Athletes will be processed all together through a sport specific testing protocol athletes. Testing will be conducted during Pre-season (for base measurements) & Post - season (to access program effectiveness)
All athletes will receive sport specific programming that they can take home to compliment their in session trainings including recovery, conditioning, strength, injury resilience, speed & power. (amount of programmed days will depend on package type)
Programmed sessions will either be in gym or on court/field.
